My beautiful  landscaped garden & several terraces are at your disposal. The garden is divided into several  different areas, so you can choose which area is perfect to suit your mood:

Top decking area: Direct access from the dining room, Orangery  room and Patio room. The perfect spot to have your breakfast or morning coffee in the warm sun shaded by the trees. Relaxing on the luxury garden sofas in the evenings and at the weekends, listening to the ‘running  water fall’ into the fish pond.

Lawn area: Perfect for badminton, picnics, ball games and open natural BBQ. You can enjoy a drink sitting by the flood-lit fish pond, listening to the water fall and fountains. Or enjoy board games on the central deck, whilst your friends are having a nap on the hammock!

A fountain separates three further tables/ seating areas, with strong Wi-Fi. perfect for study or relaxation. Leading to another patio with a  dining table and chairs to seat 12 people – gas BBQ or the authentic wood/coal are both available to use for the Summer months. If you want to hide away and study, why not sit under the gazebo with your books?

Side decking area/ games room: Flood- it in the evening , semi- enclosed weather proof roof, with a  full size table tennis table. We have regular table tennis tournaments having contests between the students, which proves how competitive everyone really is! Gym equipment & weights are available.

Patio dining  table/ chairs seating 12+      We have lots of BBQ’s celebrations and parties in the Summer months…. from lunch time through to the beautiful light evenings, enjoying the company of many friends and family.
