To secure your booking a deposit of two weeks is required to reserve the room or en-suite room of you choice.
The deposit is refundable when you leave, providing you give two weeks notice to your host ‘Mama Lynne’, that you intend to leave. Any damage caused during your stay, will be deducted from your deposit.
Payments must be given to the host at the beginning of the week/month as agreed; failure to comply will automatically terminate your agreement with the host.
On receipt of the deposit and the first payment ,you will receive a key to the house along with a contract for the term you wish to stay.
